These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and kafe777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kafe777 website located at kafe777.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content made available therein.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Membership on the kafe777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your membership:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. kafe777 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process and must be provided before any withdrawal is approved.

• Own Identity: You must register and operate an Account solely in your own name and on your own behalf. Accounts registered using false identities, third-party names, or fictitious details will be immediately closed and all associated Funds may be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you voluntarily through kafe777's responsible gambling tools or by any regulatory or legal authority.
• Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. kafe777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in every location. Players are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by kafe777, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You undertake to update such information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Registration requires the submission of, at minimum, the following information:

kafe777 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or bank statement — at any stage of the account lifecycle for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

kafe777 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal of Funds, including but not limited to FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted with a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 (subject to prevailing exchange rates at time of processing).
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. kafe777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for approved transactions; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

• Transaction Records: Members are advised to retain records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions. kafe777 maintains transaction logs accessible from your account history for a period of no less than twelve (12) months.
• Declined Transactions: kafe777 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.

kafe777 offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which shall be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings attributable thereto.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: kafe777 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets are subject to expiry dates as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.
• Right to Modify: kafe777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly disadvantage Members who have already met the applicable conditions.

The following rules apply to all sporting and gaming wagers placed on the kafe777 Platform, including but not limited to football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League), UFC, tennis, esports, live casino table games, and slot games.

• Placement: All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and markets before confirming any wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed at the point of bet placement. kafe777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment without completion, manifest error in the publication of odds, or any other circumstance where settlement cannot be determined with certainty. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Member's Account.
• Manifest Error: kafe777 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a clear pricing mistake, data feed error, or technical fault), even after event settlement, provided the error is identified within a reasonable period.
• Mix Parlay: Accumulator (Mix Parlay) bets are subject to the standard parlay rules. If one selection within a parlay is voided, the bet reverts to the remaining selections. Minimum odds per selection for Mix Parlay eligibility may apply and will be displayed at the point of placement.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. kafe777 is not liable for any connectivity issues, delayed odds updates, or platform interruptions that may affect in-play bet placement during live events.
• Casino Games: All slot and live dealer casino games utilise independently audited Random Number Generators or certified live dealing equipment. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available on request for audited slot titles.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kafe777 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Abusing, manipulating, or exploiting any bonus, promotional offer, or referral programme in a manner contrary to the spirit of the applicable terms;
• Using software, bots, automated systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets or casino games;
• Colluding with other Members, agents, or third parties to fix outcomes, manipulate odds, or coordinate betting patterns;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party without prior written consent from kafe777;
• Placing bets with the intention of arbitrage, where the sole purpose is to exploit pricing discrepancies across platforms rather than for genuine wagering entertainment;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or infringes the rights of other Members;
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

kafe777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gambling provisions are in place on the Platform:

• Age Restriction: Access to all gambling services is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. kafe777 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC age verification.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content is granted except as expressly provided herein.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution of kafe777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kafe777, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss of Funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Any technical errors, data transmission failures, or internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or access account features;
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform;
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit kafe777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kafe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Engaging in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory direction requiring suspension or termination;
• Where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Members, or third parties.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the kafe777 support team via live chat. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and no breach of this Agreement has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding withdrawal requirements.

kafe777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kafe777 will notify Members by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address registered with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. kafe777 shall not be liable for any failure on your part to remain informed of updates to this Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including any dispute relating to its existence, validity, formation, subject matter, performance, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kafe777 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and kafe777, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the kafe777 support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to formal resolution proceedings in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

kafe777's decisions in respect of all betting outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account actions made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
